Carnival’s Melting Chocolate Cake

Anyone who has been on a Carnival Cruise Line cruise, and loves chocolate, will talk about this amazing dessert. Well, you can make it at home. Here’s the recipe, with a video to follow:

Just know that the recipe I have given you is from the Carnival web site. The sugar and flour ingredients on the video are incorrect, use the recipe below:

INGREDIENTS:

6oz Dark Chocolate
6oz Butter
4 Eggs
3oz Sugar
2oz Flour

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Melt the chocolate and butter (cool)
Mix eggs and sugar and whisk for a few minutes, then add flour
Add the egg mix to the melted chocolate and mix
Pour the mix in a greased mold
Bake directly in the oven at 390°F for 14 minutes
Enjoy with ice cream
